Selection Process:
* Candidates should undertake a General Aptitude Test and shortlisted candidates will be called for Final Interview.
* Selected candidates will be offered Graduate Engineer Trainee position and will be given training in Steel Detailing for a period of 6 months.
* At the end of the training period they will be offered "Trainee Engineer" position and the salary will be based on their performance during the training period and may vary between Rs.8000 - Rs.12000.
* During the training period of 6 months the candidate will be offered a sum of Rs.3000/month as stipend.
