Softlogic Systems is a Private Limited Company established in 2001 as software development firm. The focus was shifted to provisioning of IT Enabled Services and commenced providing contact center services to US, UK and Australian based clients in Oct. 2003.
Softlogic Systems is an International Center with State-of-the-art technologies having at present 150 seats, with a production team of 300 members (2 shift basis) operational. All seats are enabled for handling both outbound & inbound calls & are technically capable of call blending. The seats are enabled with email capabilities & premium Internet access.
